This fire alarm permit is to provide a new automatic and manual detection system in a new assisted living building. This system shall provide full area smoke detection, full notification, and sprinkler system monitoring. No duct detectors were shown as needed and are not part of this permit scope.

Associated building permit: BLD08-00698 ("SPRING CREEK BOISE" Senior Assisted Living) -This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase and occupancy use group. To construct a 16,311 sq. ft., Type VA construction, one story Assisted residential living facility building with 29 sleeping units with common associated use dining, kitchen, living room, salon, mechanical & accessible common use restroom / powder room support areas; construct a 1-hour fire-resistive rated exit corridor to serve all areas of the building, with fire rated protection of penetrations and self-closing, "S" label smoke/fire doors for opening protection; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm installation; a minimum of 2 fully Accessible Units and all others complying as Type 'B' accessible units or better.
