All items tested ok except for the hvac interconnect has not been terminated. The curtains in the south east room rolled up under alarm but the curtains in the main library room did not. Another inspection fee is to be applied.

I arrived at the project and was notified by mark that the monitoring had not been set up/finalized with Apex. A re-inspection fee has been applied for any future inspections.

No inspection was performed. The monitoring had not been set up completely, manual pull stations are mounted too high, door holders had not been completely installed and wired into the fire alarm panel, an hvac control wire was not connected to the panel yet and an electrical/fire alarm box behind the wet sprinkler riser did not have a cover installed. These are just items noted initially and is not a complete list of possible corrections needed.

Spoke to Charlie and let him know I need a letter from the Engineer that he has reviewed the plans and it meets the intended design. He stated he thought that was only for TI's and not new, and that he would contact the engineer right away. I told him I would just set the plans aside for a couple of days and then follow up.
