The intent of early start permits is allow limited installation, to accommodate critical construction project schedules, where there is a delay in our normal permit processing times or an unexpected critical construction coordination issue. It is not intended to allow across the board approvals for installation without approved plans. In this particular case, there appears to be no other construction permits associated with this sprinkler permit, the permit application was only received two days ago, and we do not anticipate any delays in the review process. Therefore, I must respectfully decline to approve your request at this time.
