FIR Scope UG: Beginning from an existing tapping tee and valve of an 8” supply (Circulating Loop) in the street ( Hartman), run 130’-0” of 8” C-900 out and rise up into a riser room on the North end of the bldg. All work shall be performed in accordance with NFPA 24 & 13.
FIR Scope OH Shell Only: Beginning from the 8” flanged supply located on the first floor riser room; install a complete 4” wet pipe riser to supply the sprinkler system through out this three story bldg. including a mechanical pent house, and a combination Manual Class I Wet Standpipe.
The fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13& 14 2007, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2006.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2006, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to permit BLD08-01210.
