Associated building permit: BLD08-00435 (ALBERTSONS - REMODEL) To remodel an existing 59,948 square foot grocery store interior and minor exterior work per approved plans and CZC08-00023. Interior work to include remodel of an area for new walk in cooler which includes removal of 3 overhead exterior doors on the south side and infill with wall, remodel pharmacy and Starbucks coffee areas, new interior ceiling finishes, new interior lighting changes and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. Exterior work to include repainting and refurbishing of existing exterior finishes. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and any modifications to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit from the PDS Fire Division with all changes complying with NFPA 13.TLW

See the city approved plans for locations of deficiencies which include all of the strobes in the storage areas being mounted too high, alot of the strobes over the main sales floor are overspaced off of the walls and the strobes in the deli area are overspaced. None of the audio/visual devices were tested for operation. As-built will be required showing any additional devices. The NAC panels have been tested for interconnection to the existing facp.
