This quick permit scope of work is to add an in-duct detector to accomodate new fire/smoke dampers being installed in the existing building on the 5th and 6th floors. The fourth floor will have an area of 7007 sq ft / the fith floor area is 13,721 sq ft / and the sixth floor area is 13,721 sq ft. The total occupied tenant space will be 34,449 sq ft. Work to include, structural upgrades to the sixth floor to support the load of new servers, upgrades to the roof structure to support new HVAC roof top systems, construction of new noncombustible partitions to create office spaces, conference rooms, work rooms, mens and womens accessible shower areas, construction of two new mechanical shafts to extend from roof top units to the fourth floor, install new ceiling system and related lighting, new electrical, mechanical and plumbing work, miscellaneous related interior finishes, this building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
