Plans taken to records to scan

Spoke with Earl who thought the project had already been finaled. After informing him that the last final inspection done had failed, he stated that he would be calling in for a final next week when John was back in the office.

In light of the circumstances of Little Scholar's Daycare, we are going to allow the following in regards to the fire alarm system:
1) Monitoring (a dialer/phone lines) will not be required in this situation. The initial impression at the time of the fire alarm plan review was that the original panel dialed out for monitoring the system, therefore it was understood that the new panel would also have to dial out. After further discussions, and realizing the fact that the original panel did not dial out, for this particular project we will allow this panel to remain a non-monitored system.
2) Under the circumstances of this particular permit, we will allow you to remove the annunciator panel. If you choose not to remove the annunciator panel, then you shall be required to make it fully functional (connect the trouble).
This decision was made on a 'per-case' basis and will not alter other decisions made on existing or future permits.
