Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing wall to accommodate new location of door 141 A, relocation of existing passage door(operable from egress side at all times), infill existing door opening, demolition of identified interior non-bearing walls, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
