The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding new heads to accommodate new wall and ceilings configurations.

(ASSURANT HEALTH) New 10,203 sq. ft. office space in an existing vacant shell space on the third floor of a 3 story building, with basement per approved plans. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Work includes installation of interior non-bearing walls to create (13) private offices, (2) open office areas, (1) conference room, (1) Training room, (1) Breakroom, (1) File/Copy room, Millwork, installation of a suspended ceiling grid system, and miscelanous finishes. Work also includes HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Common core restrooms & drinking fountains are located on each level W/ common service sink on third level, all part of Shell /Core permit (BLD06-00688). There is an existing central core to this building, approximately 780 sq. ft., which includes the three exit stair systems; and an elevator for accessibility compliance. Any modifications to the fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. All work per the approved plans, Engineering, and Plan Review report. **SRZ**
