The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work add 10 new sprinklers and relocate 1 sprinkler to accommodate new wall configurations.

(US POSTAL SERVICE - EXPANSION) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To expand an existing 15,236 square foot US Postal Service tenant space (12,123 square foot existing interior area, 440 square foot canopy, 2,100 square foot canopy, and 573 square foot loading dock) into an adjacent 3,959 square foot interior area. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 19,195 square feet. Work is to include upgrading 2 existing restrooms to be accessible to the disabled, enlarging an existing exterior door, and constructing a new nonbearing interior wall. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
