NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Work includes installation of interior non-bearing walls to create (13) private offices, (2) open office areas, (1) conference room, (1) Training room, (1) Breakroom, (1) File/Copy room, Millwork, installation of a suspended ceiling grid system, and miscellaneous finishes. Work also includes HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Common core restrooms & drinking fountains are located on each level W/ common service sink on third level, all part of Shell /Core permit (BLD06-00688). There is an existing central core to this building, approximately 780 sq. ft., which includes the three exit stair systems; and an elevator for accessibility compliance.
