The rough-in inspection for the basement and the overhead piping passed except for the new addition piping which has not been installed yet. Also the above ground hydro test passed. A 4" backflow has been installed instead of the 3" as shown on the plans. The friction loss for the 4" is actually less than that of the 3". The manufacturer and model are the same so I will be ok with its installation.
