Description	This fire alarm permit is to relocate/add/delete notification as needed due to a tenant remodel. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope. Associated building permit: BLD09-00062 (Hewlett Packard building #3, 2nd level) Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing tenant space with no change in occupancy class or load. Work to include the addition of 6 new conference rooms approximately 100 square feet in area per conference room with associated doors, hardware and related interior finishes. All walls are to be constructed of non-combustible materials. All work to be done per the approved plans. This is a fully sprinklered building, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA#13 as regulated by the City of Boise Fire Department. CDM

The notification devices operated in the six new office/meeting rooms. Plan resubmittals are required due to another area to the south, sheet 5 of 5, where work has not been performed. Per the personell on site this work is not going to be performed which changes the scope of work for the fire alarm permit thus the reason for the resubmittal. The other reason is instead of 15cd strobes being installed in the six rooms 30cd strobes have been installed which changes the battery and EOL calculations.
