Description	1-26-11: PLAN MODIFICATION (4 initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to provide a new fire alarm control panel to replace a Bosch D22071A DACT, utilizing an AES RF radio with an IntelliTap module rather than the DACT. The new fire alarm panel will have a zone for a manual pull station and zones to monitor sprinkler system control valves. No HVAC has been indicated on the plans as part of this permit scope. If HVAC monitoring/shutdown is required and/or provided, a plan modification shall be required. 2-17-09: This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing DACT with an AES RF radio. All signals are ok except the trouble signals are not being sent out from the AES but restore signals are being sent out on the intella tap. It appears the wiring between the AES and the FACP may be suspect.

The flow switch signal made it to the monitoring station but did not show up on Guys computer. The tamper switch is out of adjustment. After we left the building and started another inspection across the parking lot supervisory signals were coming in from this job. Basically this inspection will need to be redone.
