This building to be fully fire sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system for area increase. This area is separated from the center building (Section A) by a 2-hr. fire wall. Note: This project was reviewed by ICC for energy, structural, nonstructural and accessibility requirements for code compliance. (52 units less than 800 sq.ft. and 8 units more than 800 sq.ft.)

Todays inspection was for the fire alarm rough-in for the 3rd floor of building "B". The rough-in in general passed except that the horns in the rooms are not mounted at the correct heights as per NFPA 72 - 7.4. Per a conversation with Mike the strobes will be relocated to meet code requirements. Also no fixtures have been installed which may cause obstruction problems.
