The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of dropping sprinklers below a new ceiling with arm overs.

(ECCO) Remodel to a portion of the existing 40,335 square foot first floor and a first time tenant improvement to the 9,230 square foot second floor. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Work to the first floor to include: Adding new elevator, elevator equipment room constructed of 8" concrete smooth surface block on the exterior of the building , new Concore 2500 Access floor panel system in the server room, extending the existing server room walls to the underside of the second floor, construction of new walls for a lab area with a new door/tempered window, construction of new walls for a break room, and other misc. work per the plans. Work to the second floor to include: Construction of new walls for a new conference room, offices, mail room, smaller conference room, corridor with a breakroom/coffee station, one men's restroom, one women's restroom, one unisex restroom, and second floor framing construction for new HVAC and janitor/storage rooms. Second floor misc. work to include: New glass handrail, relocating a ducting chase, modifying the vestibule ceiling, slopeing gypcrete flooring down to plywood floor landings at both stairs, and adding office cubicels.
