Spoke with Ken regarding the plans not being complete. He stated that he thinks the plans were submitted by accident and that he would bring in a new set of plans. I let him know I would hold these until Tuesday, 3/10/09, but then I would have to deny the plans if I don't have new ones. He stated he understood and that we would have new plans by Tuesday.
