The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of approximately 400'x6" C-900 CPVC underground piping ONLY with associated thrust block and fittings.

Community Connection - Building A - To construct a new 7,800 square foot, one story, wood framed office building and related site improvements. The tenant is a limited office use consisting of instructional independence learning and physical therapy for handicapped individuals. This building will contain play rooms, therapy rooms, offices, conference rooms, reception and waiting area, restrooms, break room and lunch room. This building will be fully fire sprinkled.
