This fire alarm permit is to provide a new fire alarm system in a new building for sprinkler system and HVAC monitoring (shell only). An annunciator is being provided as part of this permit scope as well as a required pull station located in the office lobby. This permit scope is for the shell only. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy. Separate permits are required for any fire alarm to be provided in the other proposed accessory buildings.

Associated building permit: BLD08-01555 Winco Foods Distribution Center (Shell Only) - To construct a new 712,555 square foot, one story, concrete tilt-up and steel frame warehouse shell building and related site improvements. This building will contain dry goods, cooler and freezer warehouse areas, as well as, office and maintenance support areas. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area. This building is an unlimited area building. Minimum 60 foot open yards and public ways must be maintained around this building. This permit is for a cold shell only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy.
