The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of approximately 280' of 8" C-900 underground pipe. The new underground will terminate in a 1hr rated sprinkler riser room with exit door. There is also a new 6" water main to one new hydrant that is outside this scope of work but part of this project.

Riverstone International Lower School - ESC08-01050 under the grading permit--To construct a new 24,300 square foot, one story elementary school building. This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls and wood framed construction. This permit will also include related site improvements.
