The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a new dry system to protect a new prefabricate building. The building will be use as wood manufacturing; it will not be used as a saw mill. The hydraulic design area was increased due to a dry system and a slope >2:12. There will be solid pile storage of lumber ? 12' (class II commodity) in height. The building is therefore classified as Ordinary Hazard Group II.

Idaho Timber - Storage Building - **This building is fully Fire Sprinklered** To construct a new, 11,250 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal storage out building on an existing foundation along with a 114 square foot attached accessory building and a 236 square foot attached accessory building all loss to a previous fire. There is no plumbing work associated with the building. All construction per the Engineering, approved plans, and attached plan review report.
