The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding new pendant sprinklers below a ceiling on the lower level. There are 3 new freezers being added with provisions for an additional 3 freezers. The freezers are protected with dry sidewall sprinklers. There are several sprinklers being added to the office area on the upper floor. The stairway outside of the office area will have new sprinklers added. The majority of the building has an existing fire protection system. The existing system is a 4*3*1½ grid.

(B&D FOODS) Permit is to remodel an existing warehouse to accommodate new tenant. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create 6 new offices, one new conference room, new unisex restroom, new utility room, new quality control kitchen, and a small storage closet], construction of a new egress stair off 2nd floor, relocating existing lighting, new two compartment sink, installation of new equipment, new doors and hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
