The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a tenant finish out of a two story condominium. This is the far east (right) unit on the 14th and 15th floors.

(THE ASPEN - RESIDENTIAL UNIT 1401) Fire sprinklers required because this building is a high-rise. To create a 4,488 square foot dwelling unit on the 14th story and 15th story of a new high-rise building (3,110 square feet on the 14th story and 1,378 square feet on the 15th story). The 1-hr corridor on the 14th story will be constructed in conjunction with this permit. Work is to include 1-hr fire-resistance-rated tenant demising walls, 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor, interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, a noncombustible open stairway, guards, millwork, and finishes. The portion of this dwelling unit located on the 14th story is required to comply with ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 1004 as a Type B dwelling unit. The portion of this dwelling unit located on the 15th story is not regulated for accessibility. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
