This fire alarm permit is to add notification and duct detectors to the existing fire alarm system due to a tenant improvement. New notification is to be added to existing NAC #3.

THIS PORTIION OF THE REMODEL WILL ELIMINATE A COMPUTER LAB WHICH WILL BECOME A FINANCIAL AID OFFICE. This building is fire sprinklered. For interior improvements to an existing tenant space with work to include the removal of interior non-bearing partition walls and construction of new non-bearing partition walls to create 4 new classroom areas. Two new roof top HVAC units, new lighting, a folding partition wall and related misc. interior finishes will be installed. All work to be done per the approved plans. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM, REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY THE CITY OF BOIS FIRE DEPARTMENT.
