Description	The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of one new wet pipe system. There are sprinklers in the attic, in over build areas, below the mechanical room floor, in the mechanical room, and below the ceiling. Regular sprinklers and special application sprinklers are being utilized. There is a new 6" underground that was approved under FIR09-00347. There are three canopies that are to be completely filled with non combustible insulation. The lower level protection consists of a 4"x3"x 1½" grid. The upper level of protection consists of a two 3" loops with 1¼" lines. _________ Building Scope: Pacific Cataract & Laser Institute - To construct a new 9,365 square foot, one story with 1,285 square foot mechanical mezzanine, wood framed medical office building (outpatient eye clinic) and related site improvements. This building is fully fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM

Okay to cover except the SW area where combustible construction above the drop ceilings is exposed, noted one upright head to be relocated due to obstruction by a truss web at the attic area north side, insulation at two branchline feeds to dry sidewall heads adjusted while on site, remainder of previously noted correction items are finished, minor field modifications at some locations okayed, still need to verify insulation install at exterior canopies as discussed.

Inspection performed by tim. Per tim there was missing piping, sprinkler heads, branchline restraints........ect. Only the south 1/3 of the building was inspected as requested by fire sprinkler contractor and as directed by the job superintendant. No piping can be covered until re-inspection.
