The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate a new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit for a 16,029 Sqft. interior minor tenant improvement to the west side of the existing Idacorp building previously occupied by a call center. Work to include: minor demolition to accommodate a larger open office area, installing an exterior storefront door, an exit door with an attached sidewalk to accommodate the new exit door, replacing and installing lighting, installation of a new high/low drinking fountain, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
