Work to include: construction of 2 hour rated exit enclosure under an existing canopy, installation of new fire roll down door in existing 2 hour passage way, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
