This fire alarm permit is to remove five existing wall mount speaker/strobes and replace them with four ceiling mount devices. Also part of this permit scope is to remove five existing strobe only devices and replacing them with eight ceiling mount strobe only devices. All new devices are to be connected to the existing NAC and Voice Evac Panel in that space. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope.

Associated building permit: BLD09-00708 (ALLIANCE TITLE & ESCROW) Permit is to create two tenant spaces from one large tenant space. This tenant space was 5,040 square feet after this scope of work is completed it will now be 3,765. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two tenant spaces from one, removing one light fixture and relocating one light fixture, relocating a door and sidelight, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. This permit is strictly to show the reduction of size to this tenant space. No Fees are required on this permit, all fees are to be paid with BLD09-00695 witch is the building permit for the new space created. **TLW**
