The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The walls will have steel studs and noncombustible concealed spaces. The building is equipped with a fire pump rated at 500 GPM @ 161 PSI. The existing system was calculated on the fifth floor with a .05/4050 design. No more than 4 sprinklers either above or below are to be off of one branch line. The layout is based 225 sf per sprinkler.

(PETROGLYPH ENERGY) (SUITE 500) This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered. To create a 10,185 square foot office tenant space from a larger space located on the 5th story. Work is to include a toilet room accessible to the disabled, a shower room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. If the existing automatic sprinklers within this tenant space are not quick-response, they are required to be replaced with quick-response automatic sprinklers. The adjacent tenant space is not allowed to be occupied under this permit. The tenant who intends to occupy the adjacent tenant space is required to get its own Certificate of Occupancy before occupying that space. **CJW**
