This fire alarm permit is to provide new notification devices to accommodate a new tenant. New notification devices are to be connected to an existing spare circuit on an existing NAC panel. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope.

Explorer) Permit for first time tenant improvements in an existing vacant space on the second story of a 22,315 sq.ft. building constructed under BLD04-02346. Work to include the construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls for new offices, break room and reception area. Related interior finishes including doors, cabinetry, related trim and carpets are included in this project. All work is to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. The restrooms for this space are located in the core area. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING, ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL CONFORM WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY BOISE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT. CDM
