New devices (replacing existing) are to remain on existing circuiting. An existing pull station has been relocated to the stairwell exit.

To create a 10,185 square foot office tenant space from a larger space located on the 5th story. Work is to include a toilet room accessible to the disabled, a shower room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. If the existing automatic sprinklers within this tenant space are not quick-response, they are required to be replaced with quick-response automatic sprinklers. The adjacent tenant space is not allowed to be occupied under this permit.
