(VA ADMINISTRATION - University Plaza - STE # 460) Permit is to remodel a 3,052 square foot existing office to meet a new tenants needs. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create three offices out of one larger office and to create a new 180 square foot conference room, installation of some new lighting, relocate ducts and diffusers, new doors and compliant hardware, new accessible sales and service counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
