Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a new hallway, a new files room, and to infill existing door openings], necessary demolition to combine the three spaces, installation of emergency lighting and exit signs, replacing existing fixtures, relocate existing door and hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.**TLW**
