Permit for the construction of a one story with basement 3,708 sq. ft. single family dwelling (grade level story 2,535 sq. ft., Basement 1173 sq. ft.) with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, approximately 400 sq. ft. of covered deck/patio and a 1062 sq. ft. attached garage. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report, any notations and the attached engineering. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Overhead fire sprinkler rough-in inspection passed with the exception of two locations marked on plans in need of hangers/branchline restraint, cover is not approved until tenting/insulation is completed and inspected for cold cavity protection, be aware of light fixure obstructions that may develop depending on equipment installed, minor field mods. in pipe runs okayed due to 20% cushion in calcs, riser is not yet built.
