The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding fire protection to a new freezer and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall configurations. The sprinklers in the freezer will be dropped down from the lines above. This permit is for sprinklers in two separate building permits Freezer BLD09-01209 and Office BLD09-01136.

(NORTHERN SALES - SCAFCO CORP BLDG) To construct a 12,600 square feet warehouse and office tenant in a new shell building (BLD07-01973) per approved plans. Scope of work includes: [non-bearing interior partition walls creating a warehouse area, a unisex accessible restroom, two offices, a storage room, a computer room, and an entry area], new electrical, new mechanical system, and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2003 IBC. Warehouse space is approximately 11,920 square feet, office area including restrooms is approximately 680 square feet. Any racking installed exceeding 8 ft. in height will require a separate racking permit. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase; alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
