Description	The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a new wet pipe system to protect a new wood framed one-story building. A new 6" underground supply will feed a new wet pipe sprinkler system. The system supplied new quick response sprinklers in a modified grid layout. (Region Four Substance Abuse and Mental Health Crisis Center) - To construct a 9,189 sq. ft. building for use as and "I-2" occupancy care & treatment facility. This building is fully sprinklered as required for occupancy use group. Work includes perimeter footings, foundation, floor/wall/roof construction, interior walls to create rooms & support areas for short-term stay / treatment rooms, staff observation and work stations and accessible restrooms & bathing facilities throughout building; installation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems, interior & exterior finishes & millwork; and all associated site work. drs (CUP08-00139) (DRH08-00404)

Partial inspection- Noted three obstructed pendent heads- one each at a storage room, isolation room, and detox room, need to complete forward flow test, missing the cover at the flow switch, two curtains at the womens sleep room are not installed, project related fire alarm permit is not yet finaled- however sprinkler riser monitoring tested okay.

See the city approved plans for additional rooms where piping is approved for cover. I spoke to the sprinkler fitter Scott and the project superintendant with EKC about the need for the plans to be resubmitted and the possibility of a stop work order if piping was covered in rooms that had not been approved for cover. All parties agreed the plans would be resubmitted immediately.
