Two pendant heads have been piped from a single 1" outlet in many locations. I verified with Tim Frost that this is not allowed and I also contacted Gerald with Shilo. The piping can not be covered until this issue is resolved and re-inspected.

Spoke with Gerald. He explained that the plans do not accurately represent what is installed. I told him that the head locations must be the same and that the pipe sizing must match existing. I also told him a Plan Mod drawing would be required after the final installation.
