Add one head in the bottom of an elevator shaft and relocate one head for a new wall.
(COMMUNITY OF CHRIST CHURCH - ACCESSIBLE LIFT & RAMP) The basement is sprinklered. To provide an accessible route within the existing church improving access to the basement. Work includes select interior demolition; construct a new 1-hour shaft, bearing wall enclosure around a new accessible platform lift between the basement and first floor; relocate existing 20 minute fire/smoke rated door within a new portion of the relocated one hour corridor wall to separate the rated corridor from a new accessible landing and ramp with stairs off one side of the landing; build a half wall along one side of the ramp and add handrails at new stairs and ramp; doors to platform lift that open into the existing corridor on both levels are to be a minimum 20 minute fire & smoke rated assembly. All per reviewed plans, red-line notes and attached plan review comments / conditions.
