The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of remodeling two areas on two separate floors. The first area is on the first floor and consists of revamping the fire protection piping around a new elevator and supplying a sprinkler in the elevator pit and elevator equipment room. The second area consists of arming over sprinklers to new locations to accommodate new wall and ceiling configurations. The area is approximately 9800 sf.

(ADA COUNTY BENJAMIN CAMPUS - PHASE III)(ADA COUNTY JUVENILE SERVICES) This permit is to remodel the remaining 9,799 sq. ft. area on the second floor and 440 sq. ft. on the first floor for a new Juvenile Services office area per approved plans and CZC09-00110. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create: fourteen offices, one break room, a reception and work room, four group rooms, two unisex accessible toilets, separate sex men's and women's restrooms, two waiting rooms, and a storage area], {construction of a new entrance including: new canopy, new elevator, new exterior door, new parking, and infill two existing exterior openings} installation of new lighting, new plumbing fixtures, new ducts and diffusers, new doors and hardware, new accessible sales and service counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
