The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system is a 1 ¼"x 1 ¼" x 1" grid. The occupancy is not changing. The existing piping is CPVC. The existing and new sprinkler spacing is based upon 225 sf. All sprinklers are being changed from standard response to quick response.

(KEY BUISNESS CENTER - Key Bank Building - 10th Floor) Permit is to reconfigure an existing 6,660 square foot office space to meet the needs of a new tenant. This is an existing high-rise building. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls, installation of interior doors and associated accessible hardware, installation of new lighting, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
