The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system is a tree type with 3" main and 1½" lines. The existing 6" udg supplies a 3" backflow preventer. The work is an office area located on the second floor.

Permit for first time tenant improvements to the second floor of an existing building with work to include the construction of new interior non-load bearing partition walls to create new office spaces, conference room, break room storage and reception areas. A new suspended ceiling with associated lighting will also be installed. Common restrooms and service sink were provided under the shell and core permit (BLD07-03260). Common drinking fountains are in the common area of the first floor. All work to be done per the approved plans and all applicable codes. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING; ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY THE BOISE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT. CDM
