Description	The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. (ST. LUKES - Jefferson Medical Office Building - Basement) Permit is to create a janitors closet under the existing stairs. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include construction of interior non-bearing 1 hr walls to create a 54 sq. ft. janitors closet, construction of a 1 hr rated lid above janitors closet, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
