Description	The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configurations. The existing system is a 3"x2½"x1½" grid. (Supervalu - General Office 1st Floor TI - Phase A) FPP Remove selected walls, doors, and finishes to accommodate new walls on the first floor south end of the building, removing office space to create three storage areas and non-combustible wall partitions with bracing. No lighting will be added, minor electrical work. Relocation of mechanical ductwork will be inspected by the building inspector. Any fire sprinkler or alarm work will require a fire permit issued by fire plan review to meet NFPA. 13
