The manual pull stations have been corrected. The gas still has not been turned on to the hvac units so they could not be tested and the fire alarm panel is showing a "COMM 1" trouble.

All of the previous corrections have been made. All of the smoke detectors tested and reported as per plan. The manual pull stations tested ok but did not report per plan. Also the heat detector 001 in the closet kept reporting as a trouble even though it was not being tested. Also a Com trouble kept comming up. The duct smoke detectors could not be tested since the gas has not been turned on to the hvac units.

He asked if I would please cloud and redline the plans indicating the correct locations. I also asked Brett to please email me the battery calculations and voltage drops (they were omitted from the submittal packet).

Plans need to be resubmitted showing the wall layout changes which will require additional notification device/devices. Several smoke and heat detectors were located less than 3' from supply registers. One strobe on the second level was not set at the correct candella and was corrected while on site. Voltage drops were verified for both of the notification circuits and both circuits checked out ok. The Netcon was verified at a 5 multiple times. All other notication device locations are approved except as noted above due to wall changes.

This conference was to discuss the placement of a manual pull station at the center east exit. The request was to place the pull station on a cabinet. That was declined. It was decided that the pull station would be place on the left side door frame, next to the refrigerator. Mounting height was also discussed.

Plans are being rejected due to the building dept. recieving a plan modification that is changing the square footage, adding restrooms etc. that will significantly change the fire alarm plans. I let Bret know that I did not do a review on this re-submittal, therefore the next review will not be considered the 3rd submittal, only the 2nd. He asked that I just discard the plans he re-submitted.
