Description	This quick permit is to provide monitoring for a new duct detector (installed by others) and connect it to the existing fire alarm system. The duct detector shall be programmed as supervisory. No written comments. Associated building permit: BLD09-10838 (JIMMY JOHNS - FIRST STORY - SOUTHWEST CORNER) This building is partially fire sprinklered. To convert an existing retail sales tenant space to a restaurant. A small grease trap will be provided but no grease hood. Cooking operations that produce grease laden vapors are NOT allowed. This tenant space will be reduced from 2,765 square feet to 2,150 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, millwork, and finishes. The building fire sprinkler system is required to be extended into this tenant space. Fire sprinkler work is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. CJW
