The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of installing 160'± of 4" C-900 underground with a yard post indicator valve to protect a new building. The sprinkler system is designed for ordinary hazard group I. There is also double interlock preaction system protecting a computer room. The main building system is a straight gut system with a backflow preventer. The main building system is designed as a tree with 2 ½" mains and 1 ¼" lines. The fire department connection is remote from the main riser and is located on the front of the building. A new hydrant is to be installed by others within 300' of the FDC. There are several outside canopies that are non-combustible and do not required fire protection. Therefore there are to be no combustibles stored or handled below these canopies.

Boise Airport - Customs and Border Protection Facility - To construct a new 5,145 square foot, one story Customs and Boarder Protection small plane international flight customs terminal. This terminal will be constructed of masonry exterior walls with steel structural roof and interior frame construction. This permit will also include related site improvements. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. There is an existing warehouse building that is being demolished and removed at the building site. The demolition is being done under permit BLD09-00404.
