This fire alarm permit is to provide a new fire alarm panel in a new building for sprinkler system monitoring, HVAC monitoring/shut down, and elevator recall/shunt trip functions. Included in this permit are one pull station, smoke detectors, heat detectors, monitor modules, and relay modules. Notification is not part of this permit scope.

Associated building permit: BLD09-00145 Local Highway Technical Assistance Council - To construct a new 5,800 square foot, two story, wood framed office building and related site improvements. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. 1st Floor: 3,110 sq. ft. 2nd Floor: 2,690 sq. ft.. There is an existing office building on this site that will be demolished and removed from the location of the new parking lot. This building will be demolished and removed after completion of the new office building. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
