This building will be constructed on tilt-up concrete exterior walls and a pre-engineered metal building interior and roof structure. The warehouse will have a ten-foot metal overhang over the loading dock areas. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. Office 3,700 square feet; Warehouse 16,375 square feet.
