(RED ROBIN - Hood Replacement) Permit is to replace a Type I hood with a new Type I hood in an existing Red Robin Restaurant. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-combustible wall behind the new type 1 hood, replacement of all ceiling tiles in the existing kitchen area, installation of a new type 1 hood, reinstall all plumbing on the new wall, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
