Add 2 sprinklers and relocate 1 sprinkler to accomodate a new prefabricated instrument measurement room

(CRADLEPOINTE T.I., 1ST FLOOR) This building is fully sprinklered as substitution for 1-hour construction. Scope of work includes select interior demolition as per plans; construction of new interior walls to create one accessible mens shower and one accessible womens shower in a common locker room; new work rooms and modify south exit door to create double door with one leaf to provide minimum 32" clear and second leaf of lessor width to accomodate moving of equipment and supplies into and out of the receiving area. Modify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems. NOTE: Separate applications, plans and permits are required before any modification of sprinkler system or alarm system can be done, all as regulated by Fire Dept. drs
